I am Rena and I welcome you to Ktima Tsaknaki. Our estate is located on Paliouras beach in Epanomi and stands out for the aura of its position. Built within an eight-acre estate, just a few metres from the sea, it is an ideal destination for peaceful holidays.
Our beach
In front of the deep blue waters of the Thermaic Gulf, it offers direct access — only 50 metres — to an organized beach with friendly beach bars, ideal for families with children. The beach is entirely sandy, as is the sea. The beach bars can satisfy even the most demanding guests.
Our facilities
Our facilities have been fully renovated to offer high quality services to our guests. All apartments have comfortable and functional spaces that remind you of your home, with modern comforts and equipment such as kitchen, bathroom, refrigerator, oven, wardrobe, balcony, WiFi access, TV, air conditioning, sandwich maker, coffee machine, kettle and even an iron and ironing board.
Barbeque
In our outdoor area there is a modern barbeque available to all our guests, as well as outdoor showers that complete the comforts of a seaside holiday home.

In our surrounding area there is a mini market and greengrocer, where our guests can buy newspapers, cigarettes, toiletries, fruit, vegetables and more.
Playground
Our little friends can enjoy endless play in the safe playground as well as on the basketball court of our outdoor area. Finally, guests’ vehicles are hosted in a specially designed safe parking area.
