Cookie policy

2. What cookies and similar technologies are
Cookies are small files stored on your device. Similar functions can be performed through local storage, session storage, pixels or other technologies. Some serve the basic operation or store a choice you made, while others are used for optional content, statistics or advertising.
An external service may receive data, such as your IP address, even without setting a cookie. Data protection rules also apply to that processing.
3. Categories and legal basis
Strictly necessary technologies: used only to the extent required to transmit the communication or provide the service you explicitly request, such as storing your consent choice. The relevant exemption from consent is provided in Article 4(5) of Greek Law 3471/2006.
Optional features and third-party content: activated by your choice where this is required, and described in the detailed list on this page. You can use the basic information on the website without enabling optional content.
Statistics or advertising technologies: if used, they are specifically listed below and activated only after your required consent.
4. Embedded maps and external links
If you choose to load an embedded Google map, the provider may receive your IP address and technical details needed to display it. Loading happens after your choice in the preferences mechanism or in the map frame itself. Alternatively you can use the written address of the accommodation or the external directions link.
Plain links to Google Maps, Apple Maps or social networks take you to separate websites when you select them. The policy of the respective provider applies there. Adding new embedded services comes with a corresponding update of the list and the options.

6. How to choose and withdraw
In the management mechanism you can select “Accept all”, “Reject optional” or “Cookie settings” and save individual preferences. Optional items are not pre-selected. Closing the window, scrolling and simply continuing to browse do not constitute consent.
You can change or withdraw your choice at any time through the permanent link in the footer. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before it. The mechanism stops future use of the relevant optional technologies and removes what the website can technically manage.
You can also delete cookies in your browser. Deletion may remove stored preferences, so a new choice will be requested on your next visit. Browser settings are complementary and do not replace the choice the website offers you.
7. Updates
The list and the preferences mechanism are updated when the services used or the purposes change. For new optional technologies the required choice is requested before they are activated.
